FILTER is a digital API service. No physical goods are shipped. API access and credits are delivered instantly and electronically upon successful payment confirmation.

Purchased credits appear in your dashboard balance immediately on payment confirmation, and a confirmation email is sent to your account address. If a purchase does not reflect in your balance within a few minutes, contact support@usefilter.io with your payment reference.
